The Material Planner for Cytiva is responsible for placing BOM raw material purchase orders on time to meet production planning requirements, improving on‑time delivery for customer orders, enhancing QIT performance, optimizing the raw material inventory structure, and controlling stock value within the designated levels while minimizing E&O;

This position is part of the Supply Chain located in Beijing and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Analyze raw material consumption history and make raw materials demand forecast, control raw material inventory at designed level, maintain SAP MRP parameters on time.To analyze purchase requisitions in SAP and place necessary POs on time;
• Work with design engineers and sourcing, to setup new raw material PNs and vendors, ensure to place POs out and secure raw materials with reasonable inventory level;
• Closely follow up raw materials delivery and maintain arrival dates into SAP, and handle related payment program. Organize to complete KANBAN material implement.
• Constantly monitor inventory status, analysis and handle E&O material, find the root cause and raise count measure, to improve QIT and ensure material supply timely.
• Work with other related team to complete company KPI.
• Be familiar with forwarder management and related shipment logistics operations especially for oversea inbound raw materials.
