BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

To provide strategic HR business partnership in assigned client group ( sales or commercial group) with Business leaders to drive business and organization strategy and priorities. Provide human resource expertise to develop and deliver integrated HR solutions including workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, performance management, succession planning, engagement and leadership development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Strategic HR Partnership​​: Act as a trusted partner to assigned functional leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational success.
  • ​​Organization Development / Effectiveness: Support organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline​​: Identify and develop high-potential employees to build a strong leadership bench.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning​​: Lead recruitment and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business needs.
  • ​​Performance & Development​​: Implement performance management and career development programs to enhance employee growth and retention. Provide coaching
  • ​​Employee Engagement & Culture​​: Foster a high-performance culture through engagement initiatives and leadership coaching.
  • Management coach & Associate care: Provide day to day coaching of HR practices to management team, managers and care to associates through Gemba​
  • ​​HR Program Execution​​: Partner with COEs / SSC to deliver integrated HR solutions that support business priorities.
  • ​​Data-Driven HR Decisions​​: Monitor HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:

  • Internal contacts include HR Operation SSC, COE, and multiple business functions
  • External contacts include HR service vendors and partners

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work, reporting status to manager.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with at least 8 years of HRBP experience supporting multiple business functions and adaptability in various industries, including sales and Commercial support experience.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, problem-solving abilities, critical and analytical thinking, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills; ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong data analytic skills with a focus on people analytics and derive meaningful insights from complex information.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication; high-quality document writing capability.
  • High resilience and flexibility, proven ability to work quickly and meticulously under pressure, with strong resilience to maintain productivity in challenging situations and a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may require business travel with 30%

This position functions in a general office environment.
