The Marketing Specialist, ANZ is responsible for *leading marketing initiatives, *activities and campaigns across Australia and New Zealand, driving demand generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement to support commercial growth in the region.

Location: This position reports to the Marketing Manager, TASK and is part of the TASK marketing team and ANZ commercial team located in *Australia *and will be an on-site role in **Sydney (Lane Cove)**or Melbourne (Mount Waverley).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute offline, online, and hybrid marketing events across ANZ, including managing the annual event calendar.
• Drive global, regional, and locally developed marketing campaigns for ANZ customers in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Develop and localize marketing content, including messaging, creative assets, and promotional materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including vendor coordination, payments, lead collection, and Salesforce (SFDC) uploads.
• Manage the annual budget and present in a monthly marketing growth room meeting

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 2–5 years of experience in a commercial or corporate environment, preferably within life sciences, medical devices, biotechnology, or clinical industries.
• Interest or experience in marketing
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or Business

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Marketing, event management, or customer‑facing commercial roles within the life sciences industry.
• Hands‑on experience in a life science laboratory.
