Responsibilities

• Work with customers to solve technical issues related to filtration products, collaborate with customers on filtration products evaluation
• Provide training to customers on filtration topics
• Collaborate with marketing and Sales to promote new products introductions to customers
• Perform testing for customer's issues, and write technical report
• Interact with other functions, such as sales and externally, customers
• Balance technical vs commercial needs
• Provide rapid turnaround time for customer enquiries
• Effectively leverage internal experts to help in meeting customer needs
• Recommend Filtration solution and technical discussion for sales/customers
