• Motivate and training all associate to follow STSU(Stop Think Speak-Up) by leveraging 4E series tool-10%

• Tracking improvement in “++” (EHS&S leading indicator & lagging indicator) that is tied to Daily Management (DM) by leveraging DBS tools (4E, Kamishibai layered-audit, EHS&S calendar), consulting skills, and the change management process. ---15%

• Assist EHS&S Manager promote the EHS&S culture (i.e., how to use the 4E tools to drive sustainable improvement to eliminate risks, conduct EHS&S Campaigns). ---10%

• Directly conduct EHS&S training and coaching ---5%

• Responsible for Environment and Sustainability Work Standardization System. Response to employee concerns related to environment and sustainability. ---10%

• Management of Change of EHS&S. ---10%

• Assist EHS&S manager to maintain Business Continuity System(as appropriate). ---5%

• Tracking actions of all departments/functions based on its EHS&S goals monthly---5%

• Environment（water, Waste and air emissions, boundary noise) Management. ---5%

• Join the annual EHS&S training matrix review /update and follow the plan. ---5%

• Review and keep regular update on national, local government laws/regulations concerning healthy, safety, environment and sustainability. ---5%

• Interface with the periodically inspection lead by local government or agencies and make correct action plan for related issues. ---5%

• Assist EHS&S Manager to prepare and accept audit of ISO14001&45001 by outside agencies, such as third-party audit, consultants and corporate auditors, follow up the improvement actions. ---5%

• At least 2 years practitioner experience in EHS&S.

• Very customer focused and has strong interpersonal and communications skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in environment/safety management required.

• Good analytical skills

• Sensitive to data

• Fluent in written English and able to communicate verbally.
