This position will be an onsite role (Kraków in Poland).

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.

• Ensure that software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in software development and team management.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
