The Senior Director, Segment Marketing provides strategic leadership across global segment marketing functions, driving enterprise-wide customer segmentation, market prioritization, and integrated go-to-market strategies. This role leads through subordinate managers and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. It contributes to the development of long-term functional strategy and annual business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

This is an onsite role located at our office in Amersham.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute global marketing customer segmentation strategies and shape enterprise marketing investment priorities.

  • Lead long-term planning for customer segmentation and market growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across product, commercial, and marketing functions to align segment strategies to the corporate brand narrative, overarching company directives and strategies.

  • Develop segment value propositions and messaging guidelines that can be leveraged in outbound marketing campaigns

  • Oversee demand modeling, market sizing, and share-growth initiatives.

  • Represent segment marketing in executive forums and strategic planning processes.

  • Lead and mentor a team of directors and senior managers across multiple segment marketing teams.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Long-standing experience in strategic marketing or customer-led growth roles.

  • Long-standing experience leading senior marketing professionals or cross-functional teams.

  • Expert in customer-centric, market oriented segmentation strategy, market modeling, and demand planning.

  • Proven track record of influencing senior product and commercial leadership.

  • Strong enterprise-level planning, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Experience working globally or in matrixed, regulated B2B industries.
