We require the Business Domain Expert (e Procurement) to work as the technical expert with our Director of Channel Strategy, Channel Manager, and Sales Team to gain market share through the implementation and management of e Procurement solutions both direct to customers and in conjunction with third party companies (e.g., VWR). This role is key to developing more efficient channels for our customers to order products from our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day administrative functions for our e-procurement customers.
  • Onboard new customers to existing e Procurement platforms and review technical requirements for all integrations
  • Manage incoming technical requests for new electronic catalogues, e-invoicing, and purchase order (PO) integrations
  • Execute PO and invoicing automated integrations, including all testing and troubleshooting by working with the digital team, customers, and external partners for all testing and electronic automated functionality
  • For existing e Procurement customers, maintain catalogues/backend integrations and keep data up to date, including updating electronic catalogues on a regular basis as well as responding to ad-hoc technical queries from customers
  • Creating and associating Contractual Agreement Pricing (CAP) within internal pricing systems
  • Manage catalogue acceptance and maintenance, tracking catalogue updates and integrations
  • Creation and maintenance of system documentation, trainings, and SOPs

Summary of Job Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in e Procurement tools (ARIBA, Jaggaer, Trade Centric, hosted catalogs, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with in-depth Excel skills
  • Experience working in a lab setting/biotech will be a plus
  • Ability to work cross functionally as an excellent collaborator to get the job done
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communications skills; high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability for problem prevention, detection, and resolution
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and Sales Cloud (or other CRM systems); Tableau desirable
  • Experience of delivering training tailored to your audience

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing/Sales/Business
  • Experience in Procurement/Finance/IT
  • Advanced knowledge in e Procurement tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent time management and goal setting skills
