The role is responsible for creating visualizations and automation for the Centre for Financial Services, CFS team based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site role. The role reports to the Head of CFS.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, develop, and deploy analytical reports and dashboards such as DPO, DSO and other financial KPIs. Automate reports that have been created and drive consistency in the reporting process, financial review process between all Business divisions within Pall Corp.
• Support & maintain the analytics user experience, adopt and release management cycle of dashboard/report content, administration, and user maintenance. Ensuring all procedural documentation is up to date.
• To continuously look for opportunities to improve reporting, automation and to upskill the local team. To be able to work cross function, with CFS and with IT to design seamless reporting and automation.
• Support the automation of repetitive reporting processes using Ui Path, ensuring consistency and efficiency across Pall Corp’s business divisions.
• Leverage Power Apps to build simple business applications that complement reporting tools and improve user interaction with data.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Graduate with bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Computer Science, with Power BI and Ui Path certifications. Experience with SAP, One Stream, Qlikview good to have.
• 3 years of extensive Power BI/Fabric standard & custom visual development, design, wireframing, storyboarding/storytelling experience with strong SQL knowledge required. Proficiency with Power Apps and other Microsoft tools such as Macro will be an added advantage.
• Usage of project management and Agile methodology to roll out projects.
• Experience in selecting the right dashboard design and deployment method for business requirements.
• Effective communication skills. Hands on, able to work individually and with team members.
