1. Completely support for Cytiva business including sales order fulfilment to make sure keeping customer loyalty after Pall LS/PI splitting. Closely working with global IT to continuously improve process efficiency due to different ERP and SW
2. In the commercial support view, taking charge of relative oversea MFG plant/DC to make sure customer demands met on time. Meanwhile, to meet KPI requirements from freight optimization and inventory reduction based on solid English, SAP skills and professional international purchasing knowledge.
3. In the view of manufacturing plant support, This role will work closely with MFG plants/DP team to obtain more supply opportunity for China & Hongkong customers and Beijing manufacturing plants as well to accelerate the business growth.
4. Based on daily operation in supply chain, continuously working on process enhancement in IC purchasing. For example, due to uncertain factors such as tariffs, this position requires cooperation in exploring new business models, including processing trade, to help manufacturing plants to realize tariff saving,  coordinating with suppliers to optimize international logistics operation processes to save shipping cost
5. Instructing and managing the IC team and take charge of encouraging, regulating and evaluating team members. Continuously improving and optimizing the process and putting forward good suggestion for relative rules and stipulations. Cooperate with finance, import and export, warehouse, quality, plant and other departments to communicate with suppliers and provide solutions.
