The QMS Professional is responsible for supporting and improving Radiometer’s Global Education & Training process in our five production sites (Denmark, Poland, Finland, Switzerland and the US) with a special focus on training effectiveness, document control, and day‑to‑day QMS administration. You act as a knowledgeable partner on QMS processes and tools (e.g., document control, change control, risk management, training records), helping teams implement compliant, efficient, and scalable ways of working. Operate and improve QMS processes that impact the company’s quality management system—maintaining procedures, templates, and records to ensure audit readiness and standardization.
-
Keep QMS procedures and training materials up to date with current regulatory requirements, standards, and internal guidance, collaborating closely with process owners.
-
Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the US to coordinate QMS training, documentation changes, and continuous improvement activities.
-
Support operational and cross‑site initiatives (e.g., OneQMS adoption, process changes, transfers and expansions) according to priorities and agreed timelines.
-
Deliver and document training in the QMS domain (e.g., document control, training effectiveness, change control), including maintaining accurate training records and effectiveness checks in the eQMS/LMS.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
-
Requires travel 1–2 times per year to other operating companies/sites.
-
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
The essential requirements of the job include:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality/Regulatory/Operations (medical device preferred, or another highly regulated industry).
-
Very good (min. B2) English—written and verbal—to work effectively with a global organization; Polish language and Danish language skills are an advantage.
-
Understanding and experience with core QMS processes (e.g., document control, training & competence, change control, risk management, and use of statistical techniques in a quality context).
-
Understanding and experience with QMS software/eQMS (e.g., Master Control or similar) and strong MS Office skills.
-
Well‑structured and detail‑oriented with proven ability to manage administrative tasks reliably and on time.
-
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset—able to anticipate issues, propose pragmatic fixes, and drive follow‑through with stakeholders.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
-
Working accurately with strong attention to detail in a high‑volume/regulated environment.
-
Problem‑solving and continuous improvement (e.g., root‑cause, standard work, simple visual management).
-
Broader Quality Management Systems exposure (e.g., internal audits, CAPA support, training effectiveness documentation, KPI reporting).

-
Attractive salary and additional bonus in accordance with company policy.
