The Software Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for the design, management, patch updates and maintenance of digital solution products and play an important role in the quality of our overall Radiometer digital solution.

This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Digital solutions supporting in Acute care diagnostics located in Bangalore and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# (Windows platform) web applications.
  • Participate in the design of features and be responsible to execute the flow from requirements to software implementation along with hands-on coding. In addition, be responsible for defining unit tests to verify software implementation with quality in mind.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
  • Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis
  • Ensuring full compliance with Radiometers quality system, as required by authorities for medical device product development

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 4 years of experience in SW development
  • Must have C#, ASP.Net and .NET experience of 3 years.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with SQL, javascript, jquery
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles, design patterns etc.
  • Exposure to SSRS and WCF is an added advantage

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior experience in Medical domain is nice to have
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
