About the Role

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer - Umbria, who will have the possibility to conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

You will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution. You will escalate complex issues to a greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. You may develop new customer service/product agreements and respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

You will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. You will be able to communicate and listen honestly and to create empathy with customers, colleagues and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to our customers
• Escalate complex issues to a greater level of technical support
• Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma
• Proficient English is mandatory
• Open to travel (driving license is mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in Italian
• Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well
