Responsibilities

  • Architect platform DBS plan to enable strategy planning and drive mid to long term CVDs and KPI results
  • Manage the Kaizen funnel at platform level, facilitate events and ensure post Kaizen sustainment
  • By scalable events, implement, improve, and sustain foundational sales and Marketing effectiveness processes including funnel management and transformative marketing
  • Build DBS capability across platform (e.g. CP/ACP/CT pipeline, coach/mentor platform leadership team)
  • Build up DBS growth culture and provide DBS Fundamentals training in DBSU China. Identify best practices within region and share across operating companies. Create learning opportunities and engagement for operating companies to share and engage with each other in region.
