The Manager FP&A HQ and Gen Med for Cytiva is responsible for Managing a FP&A COE team supporting Gen Med OPco and HQ and support FP&A leaders on FP&A deliverables.

This position is part of the India FP&A COE located in Bangalore and will be onsite position.  At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What will you do:

• Manage FP&A COE team supporting HQ and Gen Med Opco
• Support Cost Budget planning, forecasting, Month end close and reporting for HQ Non ops Business with accuracy and timeliness of financial outputs.
• Work closely with HQ FP&A Leaders on Toplines, cost reviews, Price forecast, HC forecast Act as FP&A Governance Owner for COE delivered activities
• Partner with Business FP&A, Finance Directors and BU leadership with respect to Topline and price bowlers
• Identify Opportunities for process simplification, automation and digitization
• Define Skill matrices, career paths and training plans for the COE
• Foster a culture of Continuous improvement and Ownership

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree /MBA in finance and Accounting/CA /ICWA with 12-15 years of experience
• Experience in use of Advanced Excel Including Pivots, V lookups, etc.
• Conceptual and practical expertise knowledge of Oracle system and One Stream
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a highly matrix environment at all levels
• Ability to develop and leverage knowledge of how areas of the business integrate, as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the overall business

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in ERP environment is preferred
• Experience in working with senior leadership teams and cross functional teams
