The Cytobank application Scientist will be responsible for application support with a cloud-based flow cytometry data analysis platform within the Beckman Coulter Life Science.

This position reports to the Application Manager and is part of the Beckman Coulter Life Science Commercial Organization working remotely from a territory within EMEA.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform trainings and pre-sale and post-sale support to customers with field visits, remote support with virtual meetings and emails.

• Provide training and support to internal associates and creating educational materials.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, Sales, Marketing and R&D team, to promote sales and for technical troubleshooting, product development and improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences; Master’s or PhD preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with flow cytometry and cytometry data analysis

• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly when explaining complex technical concepts

• Customer-focused mindset; prior customer-facing experience preferred

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%; residence near a major airport preferred

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• *Cytometry data analysis utilizing machine learning and R programing. *

• Bioinformatics
