• Develop surface chemistries/materials to enable media/sorbent development for liquid chromatography column and sample prep consumable products
• Support Technical and Manufacturing personnel in transfer, optimization, scale-up, and troubleshooting of production processes and SOPs
• Design, develop, validate, and commercialize solutions/products to address unmet needs in liquid chromatography separation and sample preparation in industry
• Lead projects within R&D and in collaboration with Project Management/Product/Operations/Marketing, including proper planning, resource allocation, execution, and completion, to drive high on time delivery of new products
• Maintain all instruments and equipment in excellent condition, keep all work areas neat and clean, and follow all safety procedures without exception
• Publish data, file patents, and disseminate research within/outside Danaher
• Perform other functions required for development, commercialization, and support of new products and sustainment of existing products, as required
• Travel as required (<15%)

教育及经历EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree or higher in chemistry/polymer sciences or related fields
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in organic synthesis or surface functionalization
• Proficient in written English for technical communication
• Demonstrate extreme ownership and hold themself accountable to achieve key project objectives through technology development
• Experience with media/sorbent development for separation products is preferred
• Strong record of scientific publications and patents is preferred
