About the Role

The Director Projects will report to the India Biotechnology Commercial General Manager and is part of the Cytiva India Commercial organization located in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Lead cross-functional project teams to execute site transfer and activation programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, EHS) and external CMOs to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across project execution frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Cytiva's quality and regulatory standards throughout project delivery. Ensure compliance to local regulations.

Who you are:

• A seasoned project manager with long-standing experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing. Experience in single use plastic bag manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of leading site transfer or activation projects in a regulated environment.
• Experience managing relationships with CMOs or external manufacturing partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
