The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for developing financial models, analyzing performance trends, and providing insights that guide strategic business decisions. They also partner with cross‑functional teams to forecast results, prepare reports for leadership, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

• This position reports to the Sr FP&A Manager
• Commercial Finance and is part of the FP&A Department and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate business performance and future outcomes by preparing recurring financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

• Analyze financial results to provide actionable insights, identify trends, risks and opportunities that inform decision-making.

• Identify and implement improvements that enhance forecasting, reporting, and analysis capabilities leveraging analytic tools and BI platforms to automate reporting and strengthen data integrity.

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional and business leaders, providing financial guidance and support for operational decisions.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with 5+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years experience

• ERP experience

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Advanced knowledge of BI software

The annual salary range for this role is $83,000 - $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
