We’re excited to share that we’re now accepting applications for a number of summer job opportunities at our site in Uppsala during the summer of 2026. The summer job positions are spread across various parts of our organization, ranging from manufacturing and R&D, to logistics, quality control and general administration.

Now we are looking for a summer worker to join the Protein research systems section to support ongoing R&D projects. In this group, we primarily work on developing analysis instruments such as Biacore SPR Systems.

As a summer worker with us, you will have the opportunity to learn about Biacore technology, how we work with the development of Biacore instruments, and how we test and verify the functionality of prototype instruments.

What you’ll do

• Perform test runs on Biacore prototypes
• Perform instrument development evaluation, e.g. Syringe pump tests
• Characterize the physical properties of different polymer materials
• Test instrument software
• Perform inventory of chemicals

Who you are

• Ongoing studies within biotechnology/molecular biology.
• Laboratory experience is a plus.
• Experience working with protein analysis is a plus.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
