As Senior Manager, Site Quality, you will lead all aspects of site quality to support business goals, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems aligned with corporate and industry standards. You will play a key role in establishing a new manufacturing facility and driving quality excellence through leadership and team development. This role offers the unique opportunity to help start up a new facility, grow the Micro Electronics business, and participate in activities including setting up the equipment and processes for safe, quality-focused manufacturing.

This position is based in Benoi, Singapore – Onsite

Opportunities in This Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Strategic Alignment: Drive site quality objectives in line with Pall's strategic priorities, operational goals, and global quality systems.
  • Quality Systems Leadership: Develop and implement robust quality management systems that meet industrial, business unit, and regulatory standards.
  • Customer Focus: Reduce defect PPM and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive quality initiatives and complaint resolution.
  • Data-Driven Excellence: Apply automotive core tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA) and statistical methods to reduce variation and improve process capability.
  • CAPA Ownership: Lead 8D investigations and corrective actions for customer complaints; rigorously manage internal CAPA processes for continuous improvement.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing quality team; foster talent through structured development and engagement programs.
  • Operational Readiness: Support new product and technology transfers; contribute to QA/QC setup and flow management in a new manufacturing environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science. MBA is an advantage
  • 10-15 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Quality Assurance relevant to Semiconductor, Microelectronics or Automotive Manufacturing
  • Experienced practitioner of relevant tools and methodologies (FMEAs, SPCs, 8Ds, 6Sigma, Cost of Quality, Project Management, TQM, Minitab, SPACE)
  • Certified Lead auditor with a thorough understanding of ISO 9001 2015 requirements
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, required for role-related tasks.
  • Experience in managing analytical lab will be an advantage.
