The Senior Software Engineer I - Testing Engineer is responsible for IT QA testing and automation services. They lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks, drives quality strategy, and mentors junior team members to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

This position reports to the Sr Mgr, IT GxP Compliance, and is part of the IT Department located in Fargo, ND and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable automated testing frameworks
• Define and drive quality assurance strategy and best practices across IT projects
• Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust test coverage and compliance. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., GxP, ISO)
• Analyze complex business processes and validate through structured testing

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and advanced API testing
• Advanced expertise in designing and building test automation for functional, regression, and integration test cases
• At least 3 years in QA automation and software testing.

• None

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in regulated environments, preferably SOX, FDA, and GMP.
• Certified Software Quality Analyst or automation tool certifications.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality standards (GxP, ISO, SOX, FDA, GMP)
