he One Stream Senior Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical support, analysis, and solution development for the One Stream platform. This role involves working with Finance stakeholders and interact with a diverse group of Subject Matter Experts within Finance and IT to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of One Stream Applications. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing business processes, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Technical Support: Offer expert-level support for One Stream users, addressing technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to One Stream, leveraging analytical skills and technical expertise to find effective solutions

• Business Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency. Address ad-hoc financial reporting requests.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes effectively.

• Project Management: Lead or participate in projects related to One Stream system improvements, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Compliance and Security: Maintain SOX ITGC compliance, ensure that the One Stream system adheres to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices for security and compliance. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.

Essential requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience with One Stream or similar platforms is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Strong knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and data management tools. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex systems and processes, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a cooperative work environment.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address complex technical challenges. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks and deliverables. Knowledge of data governance, security protocols, and compliance standards.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in additional programming languages and data analysis tools.
