The Manager, Cross-Technology Engineering reports to the Sr. Director, Software Engineering & Build Services and leads a global team within Enterprise Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers delivering business logic, enhancements, and integrations across enterprise platforms while driving engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and peer reviews.
• Enable Agile and CI/CD delivery practices, ensuring quality gates, traceability, version control, documentation, and audit-ready SDLC compliance.
• Partner with Architecture, Analysis & Design, Release Management, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, supportable solutions and ensure deployment readiness and operational stability.
• Monitor and improve engineering performance through KPIs such as throughput, defect trends, cycle time, and technical debt.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices, including Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, SDLC governance, traceability, and audit-ready delivery.
• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP/CSV, SOX) and using enterprise development toolchains, source control, and change management processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering customizations and extensions on vendor-supported enterprise platforms.
• Experience with engineering quality metrics and test automation strategies.

Additional Information

• Up to 10% travel, including occasional international travel.
