The Technical Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process. Responsible for the development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Quotations, Orders and Order Changes.

This position reports to the Technical solutions manager and is part of the Energy+ team located in Diadema, Sao Paulo , Brazil and will be an on-site role.

• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate technologies.

• Support sales during technical clarifications and bid evaluations.

• Prepare material requisitions, technical documentation, and solution proposals.

• Evaluate cost optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver fit-for-purpose filtration solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or related Engineering discipline.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Energy, Refinery, Oil & Gas, or related sectors.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and P&IDs.

• Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Filtration systems, pressure vessels, or process design.

• Customer specifications, industrial standards, skids, piping, valves.

• SAP, Salesforce, MS Office.
