The Regional Channel Partners (SLA/NLA) & General Manager is responsible for:
- Lead the Channel partners organization, define strategic goals aligned with Latin America and Developed Markets Regional strategic objectives to achieve short-term as well long-term brand positioning, above-market growth, and P&L results, compliant with business practices and local legal regulations
- Develop talent in the organization, as well as prepare succession for critical roles
- Own the overall indirect sales process within your assigned countries (pre-sale and post-sale).
- Build a strategic YOY business plan within each sub-region in this territory incorporating key value drivers for both the channel partner as well as Beckman Coulter which will drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnership.
- Deploy robust sales, marketing, services, and operations campaigns with the local regional teams

This position reports to the Latin America Vice President, and is part of the Latam Organization located in Mexico, moving to Colombia in Q3 and will be an on-site role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Understand the business and financial goals of your region, and put together a sound strategy on how Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice
- Influence with strong communication skill and persuasion ability and work collaboratively; ability to work in Matrix Structure.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably within business or biomedical engineering), Master’s Degree in the Health Care industry
- 20 plus years of experience in Health Care, Medical Devices, Diagnostics segments
- 10 plus years of experience in a General Manager role in Latin America Countries
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
- Strong influence and transit at C-suit level of the Medical industry
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- Ability to travel 25 – 50% , within Latin America
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Fluent understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics
- Strong communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately conduct executive level presentations
