The Tender and Sales Government Coordinator is responsible for Track, follow, compile, assemble and conclude tenders where we can participate directly or through our channel partners.

This position reports to the Senior Sales manager and is part of the Commercial department located in México City and will be an on-site role to cover Mexican National territory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• To coordinate and take accountability on full government tender process.
• Develop multidsciplinary skills and assertive communication with customers.
• To interact with several departments.
• To be in control of strategic information.
• To be in charge of main sales projects in Mexico in a supportive way.
• To manage statistics and database useful for strategy and sales support.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Level of university studies in Law, Public Administration, Chemistry or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in tender management with experience in sanitary registration analysis
• English Comprehension at medium level.
• Knowledge in Mexican tenders' laws and management (IVD Market)
• Good Management of office software package

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• 5-10% time traveling in territory
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Sales Government experience
• SFDC management
