We’re excited to share that we’re now accepting applications for a number of summer job opportunities at our site in Uppsala during the summer of 2026. The summer job positions are spread across various parts of our organization, ranging from manufacturing and R&D, to logistics, quality control and general administration.

We’re looking for 2 summer interns to join our Qualification Services Operations team to assist in the day-to-day operations and delivery of our products. The Qualification Services team is responsible for providing high quality Commissioning & Qualification documentation for customers of Cytiva Hardware, Software and facility scale projects, delivering over 6000 Commissioning and qualification binders yearly to support our customers qualification activities. The qualification services team has been growing rapidly over the past 10 years and is now a crucial element of the Cytiva portfolio and are closely involved in many strategic projects working with every Cytiva manufacturing group around the globe.

What you’ll do

• Handle all outgoing orders. Print, assemble and pack all physical binders and make sure they are shipped on time.
• Deliver all E-binders/e Qualification binders
• Communicate daily with the rest of Operations team to align on delivery dates and handle urgent orders.
• Support in maintaining and measuring KPIs by joining in daily management meetings

Who you are

• Ongoing studies within relevant field.
• Experience working with Oracle and Salesforce is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with MS Office tools.
• You communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.
• Team player who works well in a team environment.
• Works in a systematic and structured way.
