The Group Accounting Controller for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial close every month end, including consolidation of Radiometer entities and reporting to Danaher Corporate.
This position can based in Radiometer’s Headquarters in Bronshoj, Denmark; or in Radiometer's Finance Shared Service Centre in Stargard, Poland. The position is an Individual Contributor role however close collaboration will be required across multiple finance teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidated accounts for US Group Reporting, ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies
- Lead or support the preparation of monthly and quarterly schedules required for Internal or Group reporting
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives relating to systems and reporting, including automation opportunities
- Lead or contribute to accounting projects related to reporting
- Deal with ad-hoc internal and external requests, such as support for internal and external audits, requests from the parent Group finance function, and support to other Radiometer finance teams.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Qualified Certified/Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- 3+ years of applicable experience and achievements in technical accounting (knowledge of accounting rules, IFRS and US GAAP, including SOX)
- Experience of global group consolidation and financial reporting consolidation systems
- English language skills enabling both verbal & written communication in a professional and confident manner with credibility at a senior level.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- ERP systems implementation
- Deep dive into existing processes and models or build new ones, delivering improved results through new tools/applications and projects to complete optimizations.
- Experience of working in a Shared Service environment.
