About the Role

The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting regional/zone marketing for Genomic Medicine by serving as an extension of the global marketing strategy, acting as the primary marketing contact in the region/zone, and leading the planning and execution of local events and trade shows. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Marketing, is part of the Genomic Medicine Marketing team, and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Own and align your zone's marketing strategy with business goals and commercial objectives
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and support Growth Room initiatives through ABM programs and events
• Provide insights and feedback by collecting customer intelligence (VOC), competitive data, and field learnings to inform central teams and decision-making
• Execute localized marketing initiatives (trade shows, events, workshops) and activate global strategies to fit regional needs
• Measure and optimize impact by tracking marketing influence across the funnel and improving campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field with min. 3 years of relevant experience in the industry, including at least 3 years of Sales or field marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales teams and customers
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams, sales partners, and stakeholders toward shared goals
• Highly autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
• Willingness to travel regularly within your zone (approx. 20–30%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Advanced therapies (Viral vectors, Cell therapies, mRNA….)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 30% travel, overnight, within territory
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 10lb

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
