Service Sales Representative

• Achieve assigned service revenue, contract attach rate and margin targets; forecast sales pipeline and report performance regularly.

• Manage existing installed base accounts (pharma, biotech, environmental, food, academia, etc.), build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Promote and sell service solutions (preventive maintenance contracts, calibration, spare parts, upgrades, etc.), conduct needs assessment and close deals.

• Develop new service accounts, track market trends and competitor information; participate in industry events to promote service portfolio.

• Collaborate with field service engineers, instrument sales teams and marketing to ensure service quality and drive business growth.
