We have main cutting-edge filter manufacturing fabs in Japan, US, China, Europe and Singapore and we also have R&Ds and Laboratories globally including Japan.

HR Business Partner supports respective Business Unit and specific functions at Tsukuba Plant; he/she works closely with management and associates "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training.

HR Business Partner plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring he/she aligns with a company's business strategy/objectives. HR Business Partner at Tsukuba Plant will be located in Shinjuku Office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategy, policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Execute various HR initiatives with impact to supporting organization-wide needs under the guidance by managers and global team.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and OD.
  • Work with Global & APAC HR team on Global Project, Kaizen Project and APAC initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of practical HR experience with solid business expertise, preferably experience at plant HR
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility, build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to drive projects through partnerships with multiple stakeholders in Plant and various HR functions
  • Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English at a business level

 ・工場長、各部門のリーダーと連携して、工場の戦略目標を達成するために必要な人事戦略と施策を立案し、実行します。

 ・リーダーに人事的なアドバイスやコーチングを提供し、職場のパフォーマンス向上や労務問題の解決、チームビルディング等をサポートします。

 ・人事の専門家として、採用や人材開発、労務問題、タレントマネジメント、組織開発、カルチャ―変革等について、自身の得意な領域で課題の解決をリードします。

 ・業務は東京のHRチームと一体となって進めますが、課題によっては海外工場のHR担当者、アジア太平洋地域のHR担当者たちとプロジェクトベースで連携します。

 ・基本、工場の人事案件はお任せします。方向性さえ間違っていないければ、責任は上司が負いますので、好きな事を好きなようにやっていただいて結構です。

  • 求めるスキル・知識・ご経験

 ・素直で誠実で前向きな人

 ・話がわかりやすく、人の話を聞くことができて、他人の痛みがわかる人

 ・大学卒以上

 ・10年以上の人事経験(2つ以上のファンクションでの経験は必須)、工場人事経験者歓迎

 ・日本語はネイティブレベル、英語は流暢でなくてOKですが海外の担当者とのコミュニケーションがある程度可能であること
