The Global Business Compliance Manager for Hemo Cue is responsible for supporting the organization with compliance advice with a focus on sanctions and export controls as well as responsible business practices. You will also be accountable for identifying areas of high risk and work jointly with the Sales organizations regional or local management to mitigate the identified risks for Hemo Cue.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Global Trade Compliance programmatic oversight, working jointly with the Danaher Trade Compliance team, and regional/local Trade Operations associates
- Import and Export Trade Operations including export screening transactional oversight, licensing and risk analysis
- Export Compliance with a dedicated focus on sanctions and export controls
- Coordination of regulatory compliance in alignment with Hemo Cue Business and Regulatory teams.
- Provide guidance, training and change initiatives to crossfunctional teams on trade compliance and sanctions-related matters.
- Superuser for Danaher Third Party Due Diligence process including monitoring and annual renewal
The essential requirements of the job include:
- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Foreign Policy and Law.
- Solid experience of working with trade compliance, preferably in a global international organization.
- Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and fast-changing work environment
- You have good knowledge of sanctions & export controls (e.g. OFAC, OFSI, EU, UN) with some experience on any of the following: EU common military list, EU Dual-Use regulation, US export controls (EAR or ITAR), Custom regulations will be an advantage.
