Job Description Summary
The Business Intelligence team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The BI Analytics Lead’s responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the client and account team to design, build, implement, and support the client’s BI platform and global data strategy initiatives.
- Establish the data governance program on the account with support from the Analytics data governance lead.
- Develop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope and investment.
- Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements, security requirements and preferred tech stack to design solution.
- Implement short term BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long term roadmap and final solution.
- Liaise with Client Analytics Platform to ensure dashboard prototype design and build meets business requirements and aligns with the data and tabular model.
- Proactively analyse the client’s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead data assessment exercises with new service lines while onboarding onto the BI platform.
- Lead data mapping exercises to support system integration projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements.
- Partner with the development team to expand Citi’s BI product offering through dashboard POCs, tabular model measure development and product feature enhancements.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools.
- Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboards.
- Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream
- Provide guidance and training to the account team employees on BI platform.
- Support custom reporting requests
- Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work.
- Liaise with service line leadership to extract data from point applications for uploading into the BI platform.
- Promote effective and consistent communication – both within your team and cross-departmental.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Technology
- Experience 5-10 years
- Experience in business analytics or data visualization software
- Experience also in Power BI is preferred
- Experience in sharepoint
- Experience in data mapping and modelling
- Experience in SQL is preferred
- Experience in ETL tool such as Alteryx or Python is a plus
- Experience in being part of a software product team or BI product team is a plus
- Experience handling commercial real estate data is a plus

- Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
- Workshop facilitation skills for requirements gathering analysis.
- Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deliver.
- Ability to produce high quality documentation (reports, specifications, requirements, etc.)

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 143,089.00 - $168,340.00
