Job Description Summary
The Valuation & Advisory Group within Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to join our Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support (DALS) team that covers the Tri-State region of the US. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in real-estate related litigation support and possess strong writing skills. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to senior real estate valuation experts throughout all phases of litigation and real estate valuation related assignments, including research, document review, preparation of expert and/or valuation reports, and litigation activities.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
- Manage and organize multiple assignments.
- Assist with the preparation of exhibits and presentations
- Coordinate with team leader/testifying expert to ensure timely delivery of services to client.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real-estate related litigation support. Real Estate valuation experience is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; general certified state appraiser license is a plus.
The Compensation for this position is: $100,000 - $200,000 base salary with opportunity to earn commission

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
