HVAC Technician

Overview of Business Unit

The HVAC team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.

Job Purpose

Complete HVAC tasks as required.

Key Accountabilities

• · Complete HVAC tasks as required
• · Identify opportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager
• · Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing
• · Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements
• · Any other duties as required by your manager

Key Measures of Performance

• · All works completed within timeframes to standard required
• · Logon and logoff KPI achievement
• · Completed works accurately recorded and send to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.
• · Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager
• · Internal and external customer satisfaction

Ensuring the HVAC division achieves revenue and margin targets.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Trade qualified, ideally with two year’s commercial maintenance experience

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• · Qualified and experienced HVAC Technician
• · Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial
• · Commercial maintenance experience
• · Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use of Smartphones/tablets

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Good English spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Customer focused
