Senior Financial Reporting Accountant:
Job Description Summary
We are looking for Financial Reporting Accounting Analyst to support our Controllership team in the successful delivery of legal entity Controllership responsibilities across several business and service lines. This full-time role will enable an individual to understand process and risk across a global firm and provide exposure to senior leaders, controllers and other key stakeholders globally. The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with the preparation of key EMEA balance sheet account reconciliations and assisting with the preparation, execution and filing requirements of statutory financial statements across our EMEA entities, having a keen eye for detail and a desire to improve processes is critical to the success of the role.

About the Role:

Prepare and review key EMEA balance sheet reconciliations (e.g., Corporate Income Tax, VAT), collaborating with controllers, finance, and business teams.

Support internal/external financial reporting, US GAAP to local GAAP conversions, and statutory financial statement (SFS) filings.

Manage statutory and group audit requirements, including complex audit tasks and inquiries from external auditors.

Provide treasury support for FX, cash flow reporting, loan/interest settlements, and lead initiatives to standardize reconciliation processes across EMEA.

Contribute to legal entity rationalization projects, resolve process queries, and drive continuous improvement through ad-hoc analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
About You:
-
Qualified CPA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) with a degree in Finance & Accounting and 3–4 years’ experience in a Big 4 firm or industry equivalent.

Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Workday, Hyperion Essbase, and HFM is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage tight deadlines.

Motivated, adaptable, and proactive team player who can also work independently with attention to detail.

Fluent in English; additional languages and experience in outsourced finance environments are advantageous.
