팀을 관리·지도하여 직원들에게 고접점(High-touch) 워크플레이스 지원 서비스 제공.직원 및 방문객에게 따뜻하고 전문적인 첫인상을 제공하도록 팀을 리딩
직원들에게 필요한 도구, 정보, 지원, 공간 안내(Wayfinding)를 제공

Job Description:

About the Role:

• 임직원과 VIP 방문객 대상 전문적 응대 및 고품격 경험 제공

• 다양한 이해관계자와의 신뢰 관계 구축 및 전략적 협업

• 고객 문의 1차 응대 및 문제 해결, 후속 조치 수행

• 업무 공간, 회의실, 오피스의 상시 사용 가능 상태(Space Readiness) 점검 및 관리

• 시설 고장, 가구 파손·누락 등 유지보수 이슈를 선제적으로 파악하고 Work Order 신속 접수

• 워크플레이스 장비, 프로세스, 공간 사용 규정 및 프로토콜에 대해 직원과 방문객 교육

• 공간 전반 모니터링을 통한 설비, 비품 문제 선제적 인지 및 보고

• 고객 경험 및 품질 관리, 직원 불만, 문의, 요청, 제안 사항을 팀에서 적절히 처리하도록 관리하고 만족도 확인

• 직원 의견을 반영한 고객 경험 개선 활동 주도

• 임직원의 몰입도와 웰빙 향상을 위한 프로그램/환경 조성시 지원

• GRH(Guest Relationship Host) 교육 및 협업을 통해 ‘화이트 글러브(White Glove)’ 서비스 제공

• 협력(공급)업체 관리 및 재고 관리

• VIP 방문객 응대 및 출입 등록 관리

• 회의실 예약, 회의 준비 및 공간 세팅

식음료 서비스 제공, 케이터링 및 다과 운영

우편물 및 택배 관리, 회사 주최 행사 지원

About You:

• 부동산 서비스, 여행·호스피탈리티, 리테일, 고객 서비스 분야 5~8년 이상 경력 또는 관련 학위

유관 분야 경력 3년 이상 (부동산 서비스, 호스피탈리티, 리테일 등)

• 팀원 및 공급업체 관리 경험 2년 이상, 피플 매니저로서 리더십 보유하신 분

• 영문 이메일 업무 가능하신 분

• Microsoft Office 활용에 능숙하신 분

• 멀티태스킹과 우선순위 조정 능력이 뛰어나신 분 우대

• 임원급을 포함한 다양한 직급과 원활히 소통 가능하신 분 우대

• VIP 고객 서비스 또는 프리미엄 서비스 경험 보유자 우대

• 임원급 고객을 포함한 다양한 직급과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
