Job Description Summary

The Operations Analyst provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Client/Account, with a primary focus on managing end-to-end onboarding of contingent staff and vendors.

About the Role:- Serve as the first line of support for administrative and operational functions, providing timely responses, issue resolution, and guidance to stakeholders.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent staff and vendors.
• Coordinate with FM Leaders to manage, validate, and maintain accurate data within Smartsheet, ensuring updates are completed in a timely and consistent manner.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in operations/admin support, or vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Smartsheet.
• Experience in Workforce management tool called Beeline will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management and follow-through.
