Job Description Summary

Support PSC PA BAU team members and leaders by managing talent administration, reporting, and engagement activities, ensuring efficiency, motivation, and high performance across the team.

Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent English speaking skills; confident presenting in English to leadership

  • BA degree (completed, no ongoing studies)

  • 3 years of experience in HR administration and general administration is an advantage

  • Experience with employee movement, organizational chart updates, reporting, and data management

  • Strong background in event organization and ad‑hoc administrative support

Skills:

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Smartsheet, pivot tables, sorting, reporting

  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to complete tasks on time and meet deadlines

  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to change

  • Strong work ethic, high emotional intelligence, and people‑centered personality

  • Comfortable handling stress and ad‑hoc requests

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain talent registers, team registers, organizational charts, and client allocation structures

  • Create and analyze reports on hiring efficiency, turnover, resignations, and salaries (Excel)

  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership in English

  • Support engagement activities: feedback analysis, exit survey summaries, JD templates, skills matrix

  • Coordinate soft skills trainings, team events, and budget reporting

  • Contribute to the Global PA Newsletter project by leading the PSC Budapest committee, content creation and editing the Newsletter

  • Support governance: policies, meeting agendas, Townhall decks, minutes, seating plans, email groups

  • Assist with direct talent acquisition: update talent pool, phone screen candidates, evaluate tests, liaise with HR
