Job Description Summary

The Lift Admin Assistant provides administrative support for lift maintenance operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely issuance of work orders, and coordination with lift contractors and internal teams. This role involves managing documentation, scheduling, and assisting in budget coordination to maintain smooth lift service operations.

About the job:

  • Perform clerical duties, such as entering data and maintaining all records.
  • Endorsement of job sheets and issuing of work orders through the Town Council's VCP system.
  • Calling upon different lift companies for meetings in the event where there have been to many
  • complains/breakdowns or at the request of the manager.
  • To coordinate with NSTC Finance Team on lift works budget.
  • Other general administrative scope to be consistent with admin role in town council.

About you:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical work preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with data entry systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
