Job Description Summary

The Corporate Solutions Analyst is responsible for administering and approving non-brokerage employee costing allocations to support accurate billing and financial reporting. This detail-oriented, high customer service role interacts with multiple levels across the organization, requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize responsibilities, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. The role ensures timely, accurate costing allocations while partnering with business operations, HR, and finance to resolve issues and educate stakeholders.

About the Role: -
Review and approve employee costing allocation requests, ensuring proper accounting treatment and system accuracy.

  • Analyze allocation requests with an understanding of HR, Operations, and Finance interconnectivity.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Client Accounting, and FP&A to resolve open questions and clarify allocation treatments.

  • Create and maintain projects within the financial system to support accurate reporting and billing.

  • Provide continuous support for allocation processes, focusing on compliance, accuracy, and process improvement.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Proficiency in Workday Finance, Oracle, and Salesforce is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
