Job Description Summary

Looking for Retail Leasing talents (experienced) to drive tenant acquisition, brand engagement, and leasing strategy for C&W’s retail mall portfolio.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Source and engage potential tenants across multiple sectors or brands such as F&B, fashion, lifestyle, and other anchor categories for existing and upcoming malls and retail spaces.

  • Build strong relationships with brand owners, franchise groups, and retail operators to generate leasing opportunities.

  • Lead presentations, negotiations, commercial terms, and proposal preparation through deal closing.

  • Conduct trend mapping, canvassing, scouting, and market intelligence to expand the tenant pipeline.

  • Collaborate with developers, project teams, and building management team during fit-out, design review, and pre-opening phases.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail leasing, mall operations, or commercial BD & brand partnership (open to multiple levels).

  • Strong network within the retail ecosystem (brand owners, F&B groups, franchise networks, mall operators, etc.).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Proactive, fast-paced, energetic, and comfortable with driving leasing pipelines and BD activities: outreach, meetings, mall visits, tenant scouting.

  • Organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple leads and negotiations simultaneously.
