Job Description Summary

Presence by Cushman & Wakefield is an additive service that provides an elevated tenant experience to communities in multi-tenant office buildings. The Presence team is rooted in hospitality, plans, and executes human-centered programming and space activation empowered by building technology with the support of Property Teams and the central Presence Platform.

Presence by Cushman & Wakefield is working with an experience-focused client to elevate the experience across a portfolio of beautiful, Class A assets in Salt Lake City. To do that, we are looking for a seasoned Presence Experience Manager to curate, plan, and execute programming across all these sites.

The Presence Experience Manager will be responsible for partnering with the Presence by Cushman & Wakefield platform to provide an elevated tenant experience program for a collection of assets. This will include the budgeting, planning, and execution of programming across the portfolio. The manager’s programming will be designed to engage members of the community with the assets and with one another. This role reports through the Property management team while working in conjunction with the Presence Platform

Job Description:

Summary of duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity with Property Mgt Team

  • Planning, coordination, and execution of onsite programming across local portfolio

  • Adhere to Presence service level standards and participate regularly in Presence Programming

  • Maintain a working relationship, current reporting, and strategic alignment with assigned Presence Program Manager

  • Coordination with Security Team (as needed)

  • Participation on leasing tours (as needed)

In partnership with assigned Program Manager:

  • Responsible for curation and sourcing vendors for agreed programming

  • Responsible for managing and reporting programming budget

  • Responsible for management of communications

Social media / Instagram account

  • Publishing tenant newsletter

  • Marketing and promotion of events

  • Curation and execution of

Tenant onboarding experience

  • Welcome guides

  • Anniversary celebrations, etc.

  • Event tracking and KPI management

Years of experience / Reporting:

  • 2+ years managerial experience

  • 5+ experience in service industry

Preferred experience with commercial real estate or in the hospitality space

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Reporting to Property Manager/ Director with dotted line to assigned Program Manager

  • Required 100% onsite, no to minimal travel required.

Physical Demands/Environmental Work Conditions:

  • Demonstrates the ability to exert up to 20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 72,250.00 - $85,000.00
