Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Surveyor to join our market-leading Public Sector Advisory Team (PSAT) in Leeds.

This is a strategic advisory role, not a traditional transactional surveying position. You will advise public sector clients on complex property, development and transformation programmes across the UK.

The Role

You will:

• Deliver strategic real estate and development advisory instructions

• Undertake feasibility studies, option appraisals and development viability analysis

• Prepare business cases and client reports

• Manage project workstreams and coordinate internal/external teams

• Support and lead client meetings and workshops

• Contribute to bids and business development activity

Our clients include universities, local authorities and central government bodies. Projects span regeneration, student accommodation, mixed-use development, housing and public-private partnerships.

About You

• MRICS qualified or working towards APC

• Experience in consultancy, development, valuation or public sector property

• Strong financial and analytical skills

• Clear, confident communicator

• Commercially minded and delivery focused

Public sector or development advisory experience desirable but not essential.
