About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end leasing transactions across commercial office and industrial assets, from market positioning to deal closing.

  • Develop and expand relationships with landlords, developers, occupiers, and institutional clients to generate new business opportunities.

  • Drive negotiations, lease structuring, and commercial discussions to maximize asset value and revenue outcomes.

  • Provide market intelligence, rental benchmarks, and advisory insights to support client decision-making and strategic positioning.

  • Contribute to pitching, proposal development, and revenue targets while mentoring junior team members.

About You:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in commercial leasing, brokerage, capital markets, or real estate advisory (office and/or industrial exposure preferred but open from other industries).

  • Strong track record in business development, deal execution, and revenue generation.

  • Well-developed client network within corporate, logistics, industrial, or commercial real estate ecosystems.

  • Confident communicator and negotiator with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a target-based, fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (such as Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc.) are an advantage.
