Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work of a building under construction. Also having sound understanding of the impact of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing settings within the construction process.

About the Role:
- Review SLDs, load lists, cable schedules and technical submittals.
- Oversee installation of transformers, switchgear, MCC, cabling.
- Conduct FAT/SAT, testing & commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with IE rules, IEC/IS standards.
- Coordinate with instrumentation, mechanical and civil teams
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Should have completed at least 1-2 Projects of Chemical manufacturing/ chemical/ industrial end to end during the tenure.
- Proven experience as a Understanding of various contract types, terms, and conditions, or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to construction contracts.
- Proficiency in identify, assess, and mitigate potential contractual risks
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards
