Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle calls for Maintenance Operation Center.

  • To ensure standby personnel are on duty and deploy a technician soonest once after receiving client complaints.

  • To be professional and courteous while engaging client calls.

  • To get accurate information and details of client complaints and provide the same during deployment.

  • To update correct information in client system after completion of jobs.

  • Able to work beyond working hours (max to 12 hours/day)

  • Co-ordinate and liaise with clients in case other activities are performed in client premises.

  • Log all the cases into the client system and into the internal work sheet.

  • To be familiar with KPI of each client and deploy the technician accordingly.

  • Work closely with the team leader and escalate any complex issues highlighted by the client.

  • Honest in reporting with a good attitude.

  • Perform tasks and duties assigned by his superiors.
