About the Role:

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of electrical works for data centre projects, ensuring alignment with approved designs, schedules, and specifications.

• Review and validate electrical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals from contractors and vendors.

• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, grounding, and control systems.

• Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues, RFIs, and interface challenges.

• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, local codes, and international standards, supporting inspections, reporting, and project handover activities.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Typically 5–8 years of experience in electrical engineering roles within data centres, industrial, or other mission-critical construction projects.

• Solid understanding of data centre electrical systems, testing & commissioning processes, and construction documentation.

• Comfortable working on site in Batam, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and managing fast-paced project environments.

• Good command of English (spoken and written) to support coordination with international clients, consultants, and reporting requirements.
