Job Description Summary
Support the delivery of mission-critical electrical works for data centre projects, ensuring design compliance, construction quality, safety, and timely execution from installation through testing and commissioning.

About the Role:

Support planning, coordination, and execution of electrical works for data centre projects, ensuring alignment with approved designs, schedules, and specifications.

Review and validate electrical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals from contractors and vendors.
-
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, grounding, and control systems.
-
Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues, RFIs, and interface challenges.

Ensure compliance with safety requirements, local codes, and international standards, supporting inspections, reporting, and project handover activities.
About You:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Typically 5–8 years of experience in electrical engineering roles within data centres, industrial, or other mission-critical construction projects.

Solid understanding of data centre electrical systems, testing & commissioning processes, and construction documentation.
-
Comfortable working on site in Batam, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and managing fast-paced project environments.
-
Good command of English (spoken and written) to support coordination with international clients, consultants, and reporting requirements.
