Job Description Summary

The Retail Assistant Manager supports retail leasing activities across assigned properties, working closely with senior team members to drive occupancy, manage client relationships, and deliver effective leasing solutions. The role combines market analysis, coordination, and negotiation exposure in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Support the execution of retail leasing strategies, including sourcing prospects, coordinating site inspections, and assisting negotiations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to support leasing transactions.

  • Assist in preparing leasing proposals, reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and internal review.

  • Monitor retail market trends, competitor activity, and tenant demand to identify leasing opportunities.

  • Coordinate lease documentation, approvals, and compliance with internal, legal, and regulatory requirements.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial leasing, or real estate advisory (Assistant Manager–ready).

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to analyze market data and support leasing decisions.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
